Fee: $150.00 per family per season,
** Completely refundable, if both of the following are
completed**

Volunteer Commitment:
Winter Season - 2 times per child, maximum of4 times per
family
Summer Season - 1 times per child, maximum of 2 times per family
AND in addition.....
If POSA is forced to HOST the DIVISION CONFERENCE MEET in February
all
Families will be require to do 1 volunteer position for that event

Parent Volunteer Sign-up
Night will be posted when all meets are decided upon:
- Winter Season -
around the end of September beginning of October
- Summer Season - around the end of April beginning of
May

Fundraiser Commitment: Minimum of $70.00 in sales in the POSA
sponsored season fundraiser.
Cookie
Dough Tubs sells for $10 each.

Forms will be available at
the pool on the Kick off date: October 6th

Forms due back to any board member by October
24th

Delivery of
Fundraiser Products will be the week of November 17th
After completing
both the Volunteer
Commitment and the Fundraiser Commitment, the fundraiser/volunteer fee
will be refunded at the end of the season. Partial refunds will not be
given.
